Powtoon is a free. Nail round and corrugated molding strips to framing then paint or stain wood before installing panels. Screw the second sheet through the first and into the framing. Make sure you use your drill to drill the holes through the panel itself as well as into the roofing boards themselves.

Place a second corrugated sheet next to the first with the ridge of the panel overlapping. For a more secure roof apply caulk sealant between the two overlapping sheets. Apply front and back panels similarly to side walls. You will want to make sure that the curve on the panels is flush over the moldings you have just secured into place with your galvanized screws. Secure the screws but do not overtighten. Put down panels on rafters with one corrugation overlap and fasten with aluminum screw nails.

To install corrugated roofing start by cutting your panels to length with an angle grinder. The washer under the screw head should seal to the surface of the panel without bulging or shifting. Some additional considerations for this project. Nail trim limber to all corners and to front and back where panels meet roof.

Fiberglass corrugated roofing panels allow diffused light to enter a structure while providing a strong but lightweight covering for your outbuilding. Now you can take out your drill and drill bit and start drilling the needed holes. Install vent as close to roof peak as possible. Take your first panel and set it on the roof in the area that you will be placing them.

Place the first screw about 7 inches from the bottom and each subsequent screw about 18 to 24 inches apart along the vertical run. Fasten aluminum ridge roll flashing to each panel as you proceed. Step 3 drill the holes. For ease of installation and an attractive design nail cross braces between rafters using alternate spacing.

Beginning at the outside edge of your roof place each panel directly onto the purlins that are attached to the roof trusses. Install the roofing screws vertically along each rib in the panel.
