Hold the bracket in a plumb position put down the level pick up a pencil and make a mark at the center of each of the bracket s screw holes.
Place a pencil mark where each shelf will start and use a 4 foot level to mark a pencil line across the length of the wall at each height.
Measure the height for each shelf and mark it with a pencil.
Have a vacuum or better yet a shop vac nearby to suck up all that cement or brick dust.
