The wrong way is a temporary fix not cool.
How to fix stripped door hinge holes.
Bore out and plug each of the remaining stripped screw holes the same way.
After you have done that put them in the hole that is stripped.
After it has dried get a new screw that is not stripped and screw it in the hole that was repaired.
All of the instructions i found online for repairing stripped door hinge screws involve filling the screw hole somehow.
Fix it the right way not the wrong way.
Another hint is to use a long screw in one of the holes in the top most hinge long enough to penetrate the stud.
The articles i located used variations on the same theme putting some sort of filler or glue in the hole and letting it dry then re inserting the screw.

Spread carpenter s glue onto a 3 8 inch diameter x 1 inch long wood dowel and tap it into the hole until it s flush with the jamb.

One way to fix the stripped hole is to take one or two cardboard matches and dip them into either white glue or wood glue.
Give the hole time to dry before you replace the screws and hinge.
This long screw transfers more holding power to the stud and puts less stress on the jamb itself.
