The other problem with sliding doors is that they re trickier to seal.
But if you want a door that s easy to build and install easy to operate and doesn t take up much space then it s hard to beat sliding doors.
Line the panels up side by side and mark were you want to trim them to length.
We cut them to length using the miter saw.
That will allow the plywood to fit into the 4 by 6 foot wooden frame.
Make a steel tubing fence gate from making the frame to complete welding.

Then we drilled a couterbore and held the panels in place with a fender washer and a 1 kreg screw.
