Honda doors unlock but wont lock door sensor.
The default is that all doors lock when the car reaches 15 mph.
This car actually doesn t have a switch on the passenger side just the driver s side.
Also i had it backwards the switch will lock all the doors but it won t unlock them.
So if i unlock all the doors all of them unlock except the drivers side sliding side door.
Yes i so wish i could turn this off.
The auto lock is in the manual not sure about the chime.
The change you can make is for all of the doors to unlock when the shifter is moved to park.
If you look at the manual lock unlock switch when you hit the button to unlock it it twitches a bit but doesnt go to the unlock position.
Sometimes the remote still does not work after checking for all possible reasons.
If there is a conflict in one of the door locks that tells the module it is not closed or not locked the module will cycle the locks.
I m thinking it s gotta be the switch.
The doors lock and unlock fine with the key fob so i don t think the actuators are the issue.
The remote should also be checked for stuck buttons.
There could be an electrical issue that prevents the fob from connecting to the door s receiver sensor.
The body control module controls the locking function.
First try replacing the remote battery to be sure it is not causing the issue.

The overhead light is not working but works manually.
Forgot what i had it set before but it was annoying and didn t unlock the back doors until you opened the drivers door.
I did change the settings for this.
Generally if it will unlock the car but not lock the keyless entry is seeing one of the sensors for the doors as being open.
