One is behind a small circular cover behind the door handle the other is inside the cup area of the arm rest. I cannot afford 300 500 to have a shop replace regulator and mounts. I will try to do it myself. When the pane of glass works its way out of the regulator it can fall into the door.

When the window switch is pressed power is sent to a dc motor. It has no screws so you pop it out with a flat head screw driver to give you additional leverage. The average backyard mechanic can repair fallen window glass in about an hour. Either the window has fallen off its track and or the regulator has failed.

Went to close window and the glass fell into the door panel area. From there you can just pop out the entire door panel using a flat head screw driver. The motor is attached to a scissor type device called the regulator which lifts the window up and down.
